This thread will be an ongoing list of examples of associations who are using the website in an efficient / creative / positive / interesting way.  Please feel free to submit your own if you find an example of your own!

Guelph Minor Hockey has a "Conflict / Complaints" page available to their membership.  Not only is this a good example of using the online forms feature of the website, the page itself is well thought-out and visually appealing.

Oshawa Minor Hockey takes a somewhat extreme approach to statistical analysis of their teams' performance.  They use the online forms to gather detailed statistics about every game from their team managers and then export that data to produce reports.  They've also clearly documented the specific steps required for all their team managers for posting scores and reporting the extra details.

The Hamilton Huskies create photo galleries each season containing the team photos for all their teams.  They've also gone all the way back to the 1995-1996 season for this:
