As long as the form does not have online payment associated with it, then yes.
In the form settings, ensure the "Payment Provider" is set to "None". The box beside it will then be labelled as the "Custom Post-Submission Url" - which is the address that people will be redirected to after completing the form.
We strongly recommend that when this is used the location the user is taken to is a web page on the same site and not a completely different website or file. This page should have some sort of confirmation that the form was submitted, and the instructions for what do do next. If this page shouldn't be visible in the menu or sitemap of the site, then when creating the page, use the "Non-Menu Page" checkbox.
