What "email groups" do you have, and what is the purpose for them?

The MBSportsWeb team is currently evaluating the methods being used by associations to communicate via email with groups of people in order to provide recommendations of best practices.
Please use this thread to let us know what groups of people you need to communicate with (ie teams, executive members, the entire membership), and how you are currently doing so (ie aliases, mailing lists, mailchimp / constant contact / etc).
We'll be analyzing this information in order to find out what needs exist and then create ways for mass email communication to be as efficient and effective as possible.

I used a 2017-2018 Coach & Manager mailing list before the website was updated and now I can't go into my To: on an email and just put in 2017-2018 Coach & Manager and the list show up. The same with the Global addresses. Any idea of what I am doing wrong?
