Ability to set default team menu items

Proposed
Somewhat similar to the option for copying non-standard tournament menu items when setting up a new tournament, it would be nice to be able to define some organization-wide custom team menu items, both system-provided or user-created, which are added to the standard menu items on each team's site when setting up a new season. 
 
Further, if the option was there to define some menu items which point to pages relative to the current season, that would be an added bonus.
 
This would save the time required to manually add the menu items the organization wishes to be present on each team above the standard ones when a new season is created.
