Email delivery problems to yahoo.com, outlook.com and globalstar.ca from webmail

I don't see any way to get any detailed transaction logs for the smtp delivery attempts to these recipients.  The messages are not bouncing back so I don't know what happened during the delivery attempt.
a) How do I see the smtp transaction logs so that I can tell what happened during the smtp delivery attempt and 
b) Whom/how do I contact if it appears that the server is blacklisted?
