Warn Before Creating Conflict

The system currently will notify the scheduler if a conflict exists, but only after that conflict has been created.  The idea is to enable an optional check for a conflict before the game / practice is submitted and warn the scheduler via a pop-up of what is about to happen.  At that point, the scheduler can cancel the addition of the item or proceed anyway.

On July 10, 2014 the first version of this new functionality was released to all sites.  Currently it is available for all games or practices that are submitted using the Add New... functionality withing the Scheduling Module.  We will be awaiting feedback from schedulers on how that works, and also will want to hear whether or not doing an update (instead of an insert) would also require a warning before submitting; and also if importing needs to have a warning.
 
We'll leave this idea as "in progress" for now.
