How To: Access Your Email

If your association has a full email account set-up, you have the abiltiy to access it via the website.  Simply click the "webmail" link at the bottom of your association homepage.  Please use the full email address as the user name.
If you wish to link your email account to a mobile device, the following details can be used for set-up:

  • Outgoing mail requires SMTP authentication.  For further details on how to enable SMTP on your iOS device, please click here.
The imap setting is suggested.
  • If you have problems with outgoing mail, port 587 can be used as an alternative to the default.
  • Your email username is the full email address and password is the one linked to the email account.  Note that these are different than your user login for your association site.
  • What are the password requirements?  Your email password must be at least 6 characters in length, must include one upper and one lower case letter, at least 1 number and at least 1 special character (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &).
