New Customer Support Central Launched

If you're reading this, then you're already looking at the new MBSportsWeb Support Central.
This new system is actually an updated version of the software we used to use almost five years ago, and we think the improvements in this version were worth switching back.
One of the things that had been missing before was a "forum-style" option for community support, and this now exists.  In particular, we wanted to have the ability for the larger MBSportsWeb community to have a collective voice.  If you click the "Community" button above you'll have the option to submit ideas, report bugs, or just ask general questions - and you'll also be able to vote up / down on the topics created by others.  It's the best way for us to find out what ideas and questions should be given the highest priority.
We will also be experimenting with an online chat service for support embedded within the Control Panel.  While the online chat won't be available 24/7, we will do our best to have at least one agent online during the typically busy times of day for the site, including after-hours if possible.
Finally, we know that we've got some room for improvements when it comes to making help resources available online and this new software will make it super-easy for our support agents to answer your questions and then post that answer into the knowledge base, so that the answer can be available for everyone else in the future.
We're excited about our new support central and look forward to continuing to provide top-notch support to our ever-growing customer base in the months and years ahead.
